Train The Trainer Course

If you are new to delivering training in the workplace or you haven’t had any formal training and are looking to develop your skills this course is for you.

This practical 1 day 5-star rated Train The Trainer course will provide you with a clear understanding of the meaning of effective training and provide you with tools and techniques to confidently provide training and to maximise the success of every training session.

Throughout the course day through a blend of live demonstrations and practical exercises, you will develop your skills as a trainer.

You will learn effective communication and presentation skills, how to control your nerves, dealing with difficult delegates and answering questions confidently. As well as creating supporting documentation and utilising various tools and techniques to help embed learning.

By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to take back to the workplace and implement. You will also get a delegate manual to complete throughout the course as well as 3 months of support for any follow-up questions.

Our 5-star rated Train The Trainer training courses are practical courses with small class sizes, and a maximum of 6 delegates, allowing plenty of time to interact with the trainer and ask questions!

These are held as in-person classroom courses or as live, online courses (over Zoom). All courses run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with plenty of breaks.
