Assertiveness is regarded as an advanced form of communication skills. It also enables you to be a more confident individual who can deal effectively with difficult and challenging situations, in a respectful and controlled manner.
It is about understanding how to say the right thing at the right time, especially when interacting with an angry or difficult person.

Timings: Our online Assertiveness Skills public courses start at 9:30am and will finish around 4:30pm with plenty of breaks. Timings for private courses can be arranged to suit you.
Payment: Once booked an invoice will be sent which can be paid by Credit Card, via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
Our Online one-to-one and private group training in Assertiveness Skills is available from £190 + VAT (three hours) or £350 + VAT (6 hours).
Highly Interactive: You will see the trainer, their screen and be able to chat/ask questions.
Save 30% Plus: Our online private Assertiveness courses cost 30% to 40% less.
Ongoing Support: After the course, you receive the course notes, certificate and 3 months online support.
Timings: The Assertiveness course starts at 9:30am and will finish around 4:30pm with 45 mins for lunch. Timings for private courses can be arranged to suit you.

Lunch & Refreshments: A great lunch and plenty of tea/coffee & biscuits are provided on all Assertiveness public courses.

These courses are ideal if you cannot make one of the set course dates or if you already know the basics and want something more specific.
