Microsoft Project Training Course

If you want to start using MS Project or if you have been using it for a while but want to expand your knowledge further this course is for you.

On this 1 day course, you will learn how to use MS Project effectively and efficiently through practical exercises giving you the skills to apply to your own projects straight away.

From creating your first project to editing tasks, managing task relationships to assigning constraints, managing resources and tracking and reporting, this course content is tailored to suit your level and requirements.

This course is suitable for MS Project Standard and Professional. It does not cover Free or Cloud-based Project solutions. 

This course is a private course and can be adapted to your specific requirements but typically covers the following topics:

• Create a new project file
• Create tasks in a project file
• Enter durations for tasks in a project
• Create relationships between tasks in a project
• Impose constraints and deadlines on a project
• Create resources for a project
• Assign resources to tasks
• Monitor a project and track its progress
• Print various aspects of a project
• Create reports

Our MS Project course is designed for people who are either new to MS Project or people that have been using MS Project and want to accelerate their learning

You do not need any prior knowledge of Microsoft Project.

You will need to have access to MS Project Standard or Professional solutions. Cloud solutions are not covered on this course.

Our 5-star rated MS Project training is currently only available as private & one-to-one courses, so that we can tailor the course contents to your needs & pre-existing knowledge.

The MS Project training courses are practical and interactive courses with small class sizes, this allows for plenty of time to interact with the trainer and ask any questions you have.

As such, we advise a maximum of 10 delegates on a course.

This is a 1-day course that usually runs from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Delegates receive a certificate of completion, and 3 months of online support.
