If you are looking to use the latest coaching techniques to influence and motivate staff and achieve a higher level of performance, this course is for you.
You will learn how to change from a more command-style of leadership to a coaching style of leadership which will help you transform employee engagement and productivity.
On our course we include a range of practical activities, assessments, and theory, to ensure you understand coaching techniques and how you can implement these in your workplace.
With our small class sizes, we include in-depth interactive coaching sessions, where you will receive feedback on your coaching.
We cover key issues such as creating trust, listening skills, goal setting, and coaching conversations.
This course will also help you understand how you can improve your own performance as an individual and a leader.
This one-day Coaching Course is aimed at managers and business professionals who want to develop their expertise and credibility in the fields of coaching and mentoring.
You may already be a manager or you may be looking to move into a role where you will be managing people.
