  Rick delivers several of our Management and Key Business skills courses in Leeds, Manchester and throughout the north of England.

  He is a trainer, actor and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience working in the arts, education and business sectors.

  He is an associate director of a theatre company.

  Lisa has over 10 years experience within a Leadership role driving high performance and runs some of our leadership, presentation skills, customer service and sales courses.

  Lisa is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

  She is a RSA qualified IT teacher and delivers our private and public courses in Excel, Word and Outlook.

  Lara is one of our Office 365 trainers. She provides training in Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, MS Teams, and Office 365.

  Lara has over 20 years of experience in training & consulting organisations, large and small, in Microsoft software applications.

  Joanne has been delivering training courses to businesses for around 25 years and provides Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, and other Microsoft skills training for M Training.    Joanne has many teaching and subject matter qualifications and brings flexibility and bucket loads of patience to her sessions.

  Lisa runs our Project Management courses. She has been leading training courses since 2013, building upon her successful career as a Project Manager at AstraZeneca.

  She is PMP - qualified and continues to work as a consultant Project Manager.
