PowerPoint Course Introduction

On this 1 day practical PowerPoint training course you will learn to create impressive presentations using a range of PowerPoint features such as transitions, custom animations, advanced formatting along with video and sound.

You will also get plenty of tips and shortcuts along the way to help you make great presentations faster.

You are welcome to bring along a PowerPoint presentation you are working on.

The course is usually based on PowerPoint 2016/2019/2021/365, but delegates wanting training in earlier versions of PowerPoint are also catered for.

Learn PowerPoint

Throughout this PowerPoint training course, you will use a range of practical exercises to learn not only the best design practices of slides but also how you can create interesting, engaging and interactive presentations for a range of uses.

Whether you are developing slides to give a presentation, using the slides as a display or developing slide templates for a company or anything else this course will help you use PowerPoint tools and features better.

You will also get detailed course notes for your preference as well as 3 months of online support for any follow-up questions.

We are happy to run private PowerPoint courses at your offices, at our Manchester office, or at a venue to suit you.

The course content can be adapted to suit your requirements. Our trainer will contact you to discuss what you are looking to achieve and the level of prior knowledge the delegates have.

Private PowerPoint courses are ideal if you have a number of people to train, or you want a different course outline; want to work on a specific presentation; or simply can't make the dates of the public scheduled courses.

Private Course Costs:

The cost of any private courses is dependent on the number of delegates, the location, the length of the course (Half Day to Two Days) and the degree of adaption of the course. The following are for guidance only:

Private one to one classroom-based courses are available from £590 plus VAT

Private Group Courses are available from £690 plus VAT

Online private group and one-to-one PowerPoint courses are available from £550 + VAT (6 hours).

Online PowerPoint Courses

The Online PowerPoint courses are run on Zoom.

You will be sent a link to join the training session the day before the course along with any course materials needed.

The courses run from 9:30 am to 4/4:30 pm.

Because we limit the number of delegates to a maximum of 6 on our public courses specific timings are flexible, but generally, the day will run as follows:

9.20 am | Sign in

9.30 am | Start - First session

11.00 am | 15 min break

11.15 am | Second session

12.30 pm | 30 min break

1.00 pm | Third session

2.15 pm | 15 min break

2.30 pm | Fourth session

3.50 pm | Finish & Q&A
