This course is designed to help trainers create engaging and successful training courses. It can be taken as a stand-alone course or as a follow up to our Train the Trainer course which is focussed on delivering training,

- Appreciate the importance of logical structure
- Learn how to engage and test delegates
- Develop the ability to produce supporting documents to assist in the delivery of a training session
- Recognise how visual aids effectively help transfer information
- Identify the ways to evaluate the effectiveness of your courses
- Explain how to give feedback so as to develop the delegate’s understanding
Our 'Designing a Training Course' course is available online as well as in Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham.

Anyone who is, or will be, required to provide training and training materials to people within the workplace but has not received any formal training, or anyone that is looking to improve on existing skills in designing training courses.
Timings: The Design a Training Course online course starts at 9:30am and will finish around 4:00pm with plenty of breaks. Timings for private courses can be arranged to suit you.
Payment: Once booked an invoice will be sent which can be paid by Credit Card, via Bank Transfer, or Cheque
Our Online one-to-one and private group training in Designing a Training Course is available from £250 + VAT (3 hours) or £450 + VAT (6 hours).
Highly Interactive: You will see the trainer, their screen, and be able to chat/ask questions.
Ongoing Support: After the course, you receive the course notes, certificate, and 3 months of online support.

These courses are ideal if you cannot make one of the set course dates or if you already know the basics and want something more specific.
After the course, you receive the course notes, certificate and 3 months online support.

These courses are ideal if you cannot make one of the set course dates or if you want a different course outline/focus.
The training can be held at your premises anywhere throughout the UK or held at our training centre in Manchester.

The Online Training Course Design courses are run on Zoom.
You will be sent a link to join the training session the day before the course along with any course materials needed.
The courses run from 9:30 am to 4/4:30 pm.
Because we limit the number of delegates to a maximum of 6 on our public courses specific timings are flexible, but generally, the day will run as follows:
