Performance Management Training Course Introduction

If you already manage a team and are looking to improve your engagement and motivate them, this 1-day Performance Management course will give you the knowledge, tools and techniques.

You will learn about your own leadership style, how to use your style as well as other management styles to engage with your staff on a day-to-day basis as well as through regular 1:2:1 appraisals.

You will also develop your understanding of setting goals and delegating work effectively and efficiently.

This course will give you the knowledge and skills to take back to the workplace and implement straight away.

Effective Performance Management

Throughout this practical course you will use a range of exercises to learn about setting meaningful goals and objectives, carrying out appraisals and how you can delegate effectively to improve individual and team performance.

You will come away from this training with the knowledge and improved leadership skills for effective performance coaching, appraisals, and 1:2:1s.

You will be provided with a delegate manual for you to complete during the training and take away with you for reference.

Along with this we will also provide you with examples of the essential performance management documentation/records you need to capture.

Online Performance Management Courses

The Online Performance Management courses are run on Zoom.

You will be sent a link to join the training session the day before the course along with any course materials needed.

The courses run from 9:30 am to 4/4:30 pm. 

Because we limit the number of delegates to a maximum of 6 on our public courses specific timings are flexible, but generally, the day will run as follows:

9.20 am | Sign in

9.30 am | Start - First session

11.00 am | 15 min break

11.15 am |  Second session

12.30 pm  | 30 min break

1.00 pm  | Third session

2.15 pm | 15 min break

2.30 pm | Fourth session
