On this 1 Day Resilience training you will learn to develop your own high level of resilience, so that you can feel stronger, and more able to cope with difficult situations and to move forward rather than dwelling.
This course will give you the tools and techniques needed to help you to develop this resilience to be able to deal with any situation and manage workplace stress.
Resilient people are flexible, energetic and motivated. In capturing that motivation, we can help to build your resilience.
Stress management training is aimed at developing skills to deal with stress at work or in your personal life as a reactive ability.
Whereas, Resilience Training aims to identify your motivations and learn how drawing on these motivations can build a preventative toolkit when it comes to high-pressure situations.
