This one day practical Resilience training course will look at the way we handle pressures at work and in our personal lives and its direct impact on our future success.

Resilience Through Motivation

Resilience is the ability to bounce back when adversity or hardship hits.

With a high level of resilience you are able to feel stronger, more able to cope with difficult situations and to move forward.

Resilient people are flexible, energetic and motivated. In capturing that motivation we can help to build our resilience.

During this Resilience course we will give you the tools and techniques needed to help you to develop your own resilience in order to be able to deal with any situation and manage workplace stress.  

Resilience Training vs Stress Management Training

Stress management training is aimed at developing skills to deal with stress at work or in your personal life as a reactive ability.

Where as, Resilience Training aims to identify your own motivations and learn how drawing on these motivations can build a preventative toolkit when it comes to high pressure situations.

One-to-one and In house Resilience training courses are available starting from £690 + VAT.

These courses are ideal if you cannot make one of the set course dates or if you want to tailor the Resilience course content to suit yours or your teams requirements.

It can be held at our training premises in Manchester or we can run the course at your workplace anywhere in the UK. Alternatively; we can hire a suitable venue. 

We recommend that private courses are limited to 8 delegates in order for the delegates to get the most out of the training. But if you require more attendees on the training please get in touch.

Timings: The Resilience course starts at 9:30am and will finish around 4:30pm with 45 mins for lunch

Payment: Once booked, an invoice will be sent which can be paid by Credit Card, via Bank Transfer or Cheque
