Leadership & Management - 2 Day Course

This 2 day course is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and a toolkit of skills for you to work with confidence as a manager & Team Leader.

This is a two day training course and workshop in which you will learn how to improve your leadership and management skills, by the end of the course you will understand:
