Resilience Training Course Introduction

Resilience is the ability to bounce back when adversity or hardship hits.

On this 1 Day Resilience training you will learn to develop your own high level of resilience, so that you can feel stronger, and more able to cope with difficult situations and to move forward rather than dwelling.

This course will give you the tools and techniques needed to help you to develop this resilience to be able to deal with any situation and manage workplace stress. 

Resilient people are flexible, energetic and motivated. In capturing that motivation, we can help to build your resilience.

 

Resilience Training vs Stress Management Training


Stress management training is aimed at developing skills to deal with stress at work or in your personal life as a reactive ability.

Whereas, Resilience Training aims to identify your motivations and learn how drawing on these motivations can build a preventative toolkit when it comes to high-pressure situations.

Resilience Training Course Day Details

Our 5-star rated Resilience training courses are practical courses with small class sizes, and a maximum of 6 delegates, allowing plenty of time to interact with the trainer and ask questions!

These are held as in-person classroom courses or as live, online courses (over Zoom). All courses run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with plenty of breaks.

  • How long is this course

    This is a 1 day course. Running from 9:30 am to 4/4:30 pm.

    Absolutely. We offer live, instructor-led online versions of all courses. You’ll get the same expert guidance, interactive activities, and practical tools as the in-person sessions, just delivered virtually via Zoom or Teams.

  • How interactive are the courses?

    Our courses are highly interactive. You’ll take part in discussions, group activities, and practical exercises designed to build real-world training skills in a supportive environment.

  • What's the difference between Private & Public Courses?

    Public courses are scheduled and open for anyone to book on to. There is a maximum of 6 delegates on our public course to ensure that everyone receives tailored training.

    Private Courses are courses that are arranged specifically for individuals or groups, no one else can book on to these courses. Private course content can be tailored to suit your requirements
