Jane is a CIPD qualified training and development professional with 25 years’ experience of designing and delivering world-class training in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Jane is a senior trainer for M Training, having delivered hundreds of public and private courses to a wide range of people from different backgrounds, seniority, and industries.

Training Experience & Qualifications

CIPD Certificate in Training Practice
Extensive experience of designing and developing a wide range of business skills training courses
Broad knowledge and understanding of delivering training courses to groups of up to 20 delegates
In-depth experience of running open and private courses
Experienced in Training Needs Analysis and working with clients to identify and specify training requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with delegates from all levels of seniority and backgrounds

Worked as a Training and Development Associate within two global blue-chip organisations before moving to M Training
Designed and delivered training material for a UK and Middle East based training organisations, Jane was based in Doha, Qatar and predominately worked with Qatar2022 World Cup
Wide industry experience, providing training for healthcare, education, finance, construction, oil and gas, and IT industries
Created the core business skills course curriculum and content for M Training
