The facilitator put the group at ease straight away which meant everyone felt able to contribute and add to discussions. He was friendly, approachable and clearly had lots of knowledge and experience in working with different people and groups, as well as lots of knowledge and experience of his subject area. The venue was 5* and lunch and refreshments provided were all very good! I got a lot from the day and it was the most enjoyable course that I had done in a long time. I would definitely attend another M Training course in the future.

I found this course really rewarding! It was lovely meeting Jane who is extremely friendly and welcoming, she created a relaxed atmosphere great for discussion. The [Assertiveness] course was really engaging, some of the main parts I found fascinating were learning about the psychology behind different people’s behaviours and PCA (Parent, Child, Adult) ego states. It was great having such a small intimate group (just 3 including Jane) as it allowed more time for questions and discussion. Overall, I would definitely recommend this training course to others, I feel more confident now knowing I have a structure to fall back on when needing to be assertive (ETA) and it has taught me skills which will help me to grow in confidence when being assertive. I really look forward to putting these skills into practice in both work and everyday life.
