    This is an opportunity to work in a small, busy and dynamic training company in Manchester. 

    This is an administrative role that provides the successful applicant the opportunity to further develop their administration, management and marketing skills. 

    Experience in a busy admin role is required but the most important attributes we are looking for are an enthusiastic and friendly approach combined with attention to detail.

    Main tasks
    • Helping set up of training rooms and materials
    • Dealing with inbound enquiries (mostly emails and some phone calls)
    • Managing bookings and sending of course reminders and notes
    • Producing certificates and delegate packs
    • Assisting in running marketing campaigns
    • Adding content to websites
    • Managing the training calendar

    Requirements
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Enthusiastic & Friendly
    • Ability to work independently
    • Basic Excel, PowerPoint & Word
    • Experience or interest in digital marketing would be beneficial

    Hours and Pay

    The starting salary is £17,000 to £20,000 dependent on experience.
    The hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm although we are able to be flexible for the right person.
    This is a permanent position.
